Updated Peddler/Solicitor Regulation

The Belton City Council recently approved Ordinance 2023-4819 amending peddler/solicitor requirements and further defining the standards of conduct and prohibited actions.

All peddlers/solicitors must obtain an ID card from the Belton Police Department and display the ID at all times while in the city.

Free No Soliciting stickers are available at the Police Station, Belton City Hall, and City Hall Annex.
