The Belton Fire Department is organized into four divisions that work together to support emergency response, fire prevention, training and department operations.

Provides leadership and oversight for the fire department and supports its day-to-day operations.
Works to reduce fire risks through inspections, code enforcement, permitting, public education and other prevention activities.
Coordinates ongoing education and hands-on training to help fire department personnel maintain and develop the skills needed to respond safely and effectively.
Provides emergency response services, including fire suppression, emergency medical services, rescue and other public safety activities.
