Project Description
The project shall consist of the complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing system to the top of the existing roof deck, including removal and replacement of all roof membranes, insulation, flashings, edge metal, expansion joints, transitions, penetration flashings, and associated roofing accessories. The new roofing system shall consist of a fully-adhered tpo membrane and all components necessary to provide a complete, watertight assembly.
The work shall also include the temporary removal and reinstallation of rooftop mechanical equipment as required to facilitate roofing operations, together with alternate bid items for the replacement of designated rooftop mechanical units, including all associated curbs, flashing modifications, and mechanical and electrical connections necessary for a complete and operational installation.
