The City of Belton Community Development Department is proposing an amendment to the Future Land Use Plan/Map in Belton’s 2050 Comprehensive Plan, adopted in November 2024. This Plan/Map amendment is to revise certain land uses envisioned for the Graham-Effertz Subarea, specifically the area south of North Cass Parkway, east of South Mullen Road, north of East 195th Street, and west of I-49, including areas directly south and west of Pickering Place.
