Belton’s prime location, housing options and recent industrial developments have put Belton on the map as a city where businesses want to be. These factors have contributed to over $2 million in commercial investment in just the first six months of 2022!

 

Dutch Bros. opened its first Missouri location in Belton on June 3, with its $1.2 million investment. The shop on 1733 E. North Avenue has created a coffee craze for its great customer service and variety of hot and cold beverages.

 

McBee’s Coffee N’ Carwash opened on June 13. The luxury car wash sells coffee, offers free vacuums and even has a dog washing station. An $800,000 investment, McBee’s is located at 590 E. North Avenue (off Missouri Route 58 near 163rd Street).

 

Twisted Tango served its first self-serve frozen yogurt on May 23, in its brand-new, colorful space located at 211 Cedar Street, in the Belton Crossing Shopping Center (Price Chopper) off 163rd Street.

 

Rally House’s new location at 910 E. North Avenue opened on June 3. Rally House offers an extensive selection of apparel, gifts, home decor and more while representing local NCAA, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and MLS teams.

 

And that is not all! There are multiple businesses in the process of constructing new buildings and renovation existing spaces.

 

Caliber Collision, the nation’s largest automotive collision repair facility, is investing $1.9 million in its new 11,582-sq.-ft. facility at 160 Bradford Lane. The new location is set to open early July.

 

R-G Federal Credit Union has been serving the Belton community for 65 years (since 1957). Its new 2,849-sq.-ft. facility with a lobby and drive thru will be relocating to the highly visible southwest corner of Markey Parkway and Towne Center Drive.

 

Take 5 Oil Change and Chase Bank will be co-locating at the corner of 58 Highway and S. Mullen Road. Take 5 Oil Change is constructing a 1,078 sq.-ft. building with three drive-through oil change bays. Chase Bank will be entering the Belton market with its new 3,459-sq.-ft. building with a lobby and drive-thru ATM.

 

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers offers services including its signature 10-minute oil change. Its new 4,732-sq.ft. facility will be located at E North Avenue and Apple Valley Parkway.

 

Old Navy, an American clothing and accessories retailing company, will occupy a new 12,500-sq.-ft. building at 557 Markey Road in the Belton Gateway Shopping Center.

 

Teague Tractor Parts & Service will be located near Teague Tractor Farm & Ranch Equipment at 203 N. Mullen Road, offering parts and service on tractors, mowers and more.

 

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken is investing $250,000 in the renovation of a long-vacant building located off Missouri Route 58 near 163rd Street, 510 E. North Avenue.

 

Gus’s World-Famous Fried Chicken plans to construct an all-new free-standing sit-down restaurant located at 8017 E. 171st Street, right off 58 Highway.

 

The Other Place, American Sports Grill & Pizzeria, plans to submit construction documents for its a new location in the Belton Crossing Shopping Center (Price Chopper).
