We are glad you asked - two new apartment complexes! The Encore apartment complex, a $44 million investment, is being developed at 163rd St. and Turner Rd. by NorthPoint Development. The Center 301 apartment complex, a $34 million investment, is being developed by Case & Associates, at the southeast corner of Towne Center Drive and Markey Parkway, behind Target and Home Depot.

Whether you’re an active senior, looking to stay near friends and family while enjoying retirement with no home maintenance, or a young professional who is not ready to buy a home but wants a nice place to live with high-end amenities and walkability to local shopping and dining, these apartment complexes are a perfect fit!

 

The Encore apartment complex at full build out will include six, four-story buildings with 322 luxury units. A variety of floor plans from studios to two bedrooms will be offered; several units have two baths plus a den. Rates will be dependent on market conditions.

 

The amenities in The Encore’s clubhouse will include a cycling studio, fitness room, massage studio, conference room, TV room, a kitchen, and a coffee bar. Outdoor amenities include a heated salt-water pool with a sundeck and a patio with a grilling area. Additionally, the apartment complex will be short walk from the brand-new public dog park off Markey Parkway.

 

The Center 301 apartment complex will offer a variety of building styles for the Class-A gated community: three-story enclosed walkups and two-and three-story walkups with first-floor garages. Of the 306 units, 154 will be one bedroom and 152 will be two bedrooms. Rates will be dependent on market conditions.

 

Tenants will enjoy the many high-end indoor and outdoor amenities this complex has to offer. Inside the 3,600-square-foot clubhouse will be a fitness facility and a business space. Outside will feature a large swimming pool with a cabana and outdoor kitchen. The extensive private trail around the complex also connects residents to local shopping and dining.

 

It has been more than 20 years since an apartment complex has been built in the City of Belton. With the growth pattern that Belton has experienced over the last decade in retail and new industry, these apartments are a welcome addition.
