The city is making upgrades to its payment software for utility billing to better serve our citizens.

Beginning Wednesday, February 23rd at 3:00 p.m. until Thursday, February 24th 12:00 p.m. (noon) the city will not be able to accept payments by phone or credit card payments at City Hall as we upgrade to Paymentus.  The online payment option also may not be available intermittently during this time.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you need to pay your utility bill during this time, cash and check will be accepted at City Hall, 506 Main St. Previously scheduled auto-payments will still go through.

Customers will be able to register for their new customer portal account beginning Wednesday, February 23rd at 3:00pm at www.belton.org/pay with their account number.  The new customer portal will allow you to sign up for paperless billing, view your billing statement digitally and will have access to new options to pay their utility bill.

If you have any questions, please call us at (816) 331.4331.
