Mill Street and Lacy Lane Improvements Project

The Mill Street and Lacy Lane Improvements Project will reconstruct portions of Mill Street and Lacy Lane while upgrading critical underground infrastructure in the area.

 

This project includes removing and installing storm and sanitary sewer infrastructure, grading, installing riprap for erosion control and full roadway reconstruction, along with other related improvements. The project start date will be announced once construction scheduling is finalized. Construction is currently expected to be completed by fall 2026, weather permitting.

 

Traffic Impacts

Construction will require temporary traffic impacts in the area, including lane closures and detours.
