The Patrol Unit is responsible for maintaining public safety, enforcing laws and responding to calls for service throughout Belton. Officers provide continuous coverage throughout the community and conduct proactive patrols to deter crime, assist residents and respond to emergencies. The Patrol Unit also supports other police department divisions and services as needed.
