Benefits Enrollment

Open enrollment is time to make a plan change or add dependents that were previously covered elsewhere.  Due to no plan or carrier changes for this year, only employees that need to make changes to existing coverage or employees that need to add coverage will need to complete enrollment.  If your current selections are working well for you, there is nothing required.  Please visit the mobile application tab for information on having your benefits available via app.

Retirement Information

Wellness Benefit

City of Belton Employee Wellness Program 2022

The city will cover the full cost of High Blue Wellness Center membership as a full time employee benefit as long as the terms and conditions of the membership are met.  This includes the requirement that the membership is used by the employee a minimum of 4 days out of each calendar month.  This benefit is considered taxable income by the IRS and will be treated as such. When an employee does not meet the required 4 visits per month, they will be removed from this city benefit.  At which time, the fees for the membership will be deducted through a payroll deduction.  Employees are only able to enroll in this benefit once per year at open enrollment.  Membership is established at High Blue Wellness Center, enrollment in the City benefit is below:
