REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN WEST BELTON
Proposals will be received by the Community Development Department for residential development until 4:00 p.m. (local time) on December 19, 2025. Proposals should be submitted to mwright@belton.org. Please download the RFP West Belton Lots under Related Information for specifications.
All interested parties should submit a statement of interest and are encouraged to send any questions about the RFP and/or set-up a one-on-one meeting with staff before 12/12/2025. Please contact Matt Wright at mwright@belton.org
Proposals may be submitted for one or both lots.
The Community Development Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals not deemed acceptable.
