Scope of Work:

- Remove and haul away one (1) existing 7.5-ton rooftop unit.
- Furnish and install one 7.5-ton rooftop unit in accordance with manufacture recommendations.
- Provide rigging as required for the project.
- Provide materials to re-connect gas piping and electrical for the required project.
- Provide plumbing and install a continuous drain line from the condensation collection point to a roof drain.
- Perform startup and return unit to normal operations. Provide startup report.
- The unit should be comparable to the existing unit.
- Rework curb and ductwork for the new unit and supply curb adapter if required.
- Provide qualified roofing contractor, if needed, to fully repair any disturbance or opening made to the roof due to HVAC installation.
- Must be City-licensed and insured. Permits and inspections are required.
