Work Description:

The Belton Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting bids for the supply of materials only for a pickleball court lighting project. Bids shall include the furnishing and delivery of all specified LED lighting fixtures, lighting poles, and pole anchor bolt kits/anchor assemblies required for installation. The successful bidder shall provide products meeting the project specifications, including all related hardware, documentation, and manufacturer warranties. Installation, electrical work, and commissioning are not included in this request and will be performed by city staff. Bidders shall submit product specifications, lead times, and pricing for all proposed materials.

All bids must be received no later than August 25, 2026, 2:00pm CST. Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or deficiencies therein to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable terms or prices and to award a contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost bid proposal with or without negotiation and to determine which is the lowest, best, and most responsive to accept, at its option, any alternates and to approve the bond.
