Work Description:

This project consists of the complete removal of the existing flooring system and preparation of the underlying substrate to support the installation of a new, high-performance flooring system in the Fitness Area at High Blue. The scope includes the installation of a combination of roll rubber flooring and modular flooring, designed to meet both durability and aesthetic requirements. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 4, 2026, at 11:00am, local time, at High Blue 16400 N. Mullen Rd. Belton, MO 64012 . Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications and scope of work requirements, bids will only be accepted from those who are represented at the Pre-Bid Meeting. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting will be evidenced by the representative’s signature on the attendance roster.

Bid Response:

This is a formal bid process. Please use the outermost envelope submittal label to mark your submittal "Sealed RFP BPR 26-014" with your company name printed on it. Sealed bids will be received by the Kevin Feeback, Park Director, 16400 N. Mullen Rd., Belton, Missouri, 64012 until 2:00pm, local time, on June 11, 2026, at which time bidding will be closed. All bids will be opened and read aloud.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or deficiencies therein to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable terms or prices and to award a contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost bid proposal with or without negotiation and to determine which is the lowest, best, and most responsive to accept, at its option, any alternates and to approve the bond.
