Sealed qualifications will be received by the Public Works Director of the City of Belton, 506 Main Street, Belton, Missouri, 64012, until 9:00 a.m., local time, on July 22, 2020 for:
Public Works Facility - Salt Building
The City of Belton Public Works Department is seeking proposals for a salt storage building at the new Public Works facility located at 700 Seabee Road, Belton, MO 64012. This building will need to have capacity to store approximately 1000 tons of salt. The building must have a clear span of uninterrupted, usable, interior space. The City will provide a paved lot and concrete block foundation for the building. The concrete block foundation will be no more than four (4)blocks tall (block size is approximately 2 feet by 6 feet by 2 feet tall). The proposed work should generally consist of furnishing, assembling, and installing the prefabricated structure and all appurtenant work thereto.
