the City of Belton utility department stating that your
check for water/sewer payment was not signed, and in order
to avoid disconnection you need to provide a debit or credit
card number while on the phone, please do not give out any
of your personal information. The City of Belton utility
department will not call and ask you for personal information
over the phone. Please report any calls of this nature to
the Belton Police Department at 816.331.1500.
