All-Inclusive Playground Design and Installation

BID NUMBER: BPR-25-026

Bid End Date: December 4, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., Central Time

Scope of Work: The City of Belton Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals from qualified playground design and installation firms for the design, supply, and installation of an all inclusive commercial grade playground located at Wallace Park. The project will include two separate play structures: one designed for children ages 2–5 years and one for children ages 5–12 years, incorporating inclusive design principles to ensure accessibility and play opportunities for children of all abilities. Along with other stand-alone equipment and amenities.

A suggested pre-bid meeting will be held on November 26, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time at High Blue, 16400 N Mullen Rd, Belton, MO. 

Sealed proposals will be received by the Belton Parks Director at High Blue, 16400 N Mullen Rd, Belton, MO 64012. Please mark the envelope Bid #BPR-25-026.
