Proposals will be received by the Community Development Department for single-family residential development until 4:00 p.m. (local time) on December 5, 2025. Proposals should be emailed to Matt Wright, Community Development Director, at mwright@belton.org. Please download the RFP Second Street under Related Information for specifications.
All interested parties should submit a statement of interest and are encouraged to send any questions about the RFP and/or set-up a one-on-one meeting with staff before Fri. 11/14/2025. Please contact Matt Wright at mwright@belton.org.
The Community Development Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals not deemed acceptable.
