Formal bids will be received by the City of Belton Planning & Building Department for on-call mowing and nuisance abatement contractors until 11:00 a.m. local time on March 24, 2023, at which time bidding will be closed. All bids will be opened at 520 Main Street, Belton MO.
Proposals are currently being accepted from contractors for on-call mowing and nuisance abatements as described in Appendix A in the RFP for the abatement of code violations related to yard/lawn maintenance, property maintenance, and other nuisances, as defined or described in Chapter 14 of the City’s Code of Ordinances. The City reserves the right to award contracts to more than one qualified bidder to ensure timely completion of abatements.

The City of Belton reserves the right to reject any or all bids not deemed acceptable.
