Public Works Facility Building B Annex Breezeway

Project Description

The City of Belton is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide building materials and building assembly for a structural breezeway between two existing buildings.

Proposal Items:

  • Building: One (1) 10' x 20' single slope structural steel building with 2:12 pitch and all steel secondary framing
  • Dimensions: 10 feet width (north to south) x 20 feet length (west to east - existing building to existing building)
  • Building materials to include all steel framing, sheet metal, clips, etc.
  • Two (2) walk doors with windows, steel jambs, and locking knob sets included
  • 3" vinyl-backed, fiberglass insulation (R-10) and installation into building
  • Provide, hang, and finish 1/2" drywall on new walls and ceiling (excludes priming and painting or any work on existing building)
  • Missouri-Stamped Engineered Building Drawings included
  • Excludes electrical
  • Excludes concrete other than grouting
