The City of Belton, Missouri is accepting bids for replacement of one (1) HVAC unit located at the Belton Police Department, 7001 E. 163rd Street, Belton, MO. 64012.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. CST on October 7, 2022. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered or mailed to the City of Belton, Attn: Andrea Cunningham, 520 Main St., Belton, MO. 64012. Please mark the envelope Bid #22-027.

Scope of Work:
- Remove and haul away one (1) existing 15-ton York roof top unit.
- Furnish and install one 15-ton roof top unit.
- Provide rigging as required for the project.
- Provide materials to re-connect gas piping and electrical for required project.
- Perform startup and return unit to normal operations. Provide startup report.
- The unit should be comparable to the existing unit.
- Rework curb and ductwork for the new unit and supply curb adapter if required.
- Must be City licensed and insured. Permits and inspections required.
