The Belton Planning Commission approved a final development plan for Scooter’s Coffee at 211 E. North Avenue. Jack Burdick, franchisee, is investing over $700,000 into a 665 square-foot drive-thru coffee shop, which is anticipated to be operational in spring 2023.
