Raising Cane’s Plans Belton Restaurant

Belton, MO—April 2, 2019– Raising Cane Restaurants LLC has received approval from the Belton Planning Commission to build a 3,160-square foot restaurant in Belton’s growing commercial corridor along 58 Highway near Interstate 49.

The Commission unanimously approved the $1.5 million development Monday night. Raising Cane’s plans a 2020 opening for a one-story drive-through restaurant on a 1.69-acre lot at 1599 E. North Ave on the southeast corner of East North Avenue and Starlight Drive.

The Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant will include an indoor dining room with 80 seats, a covered outdoor area with 25 seats, and 36 parking spaces. The development plan includes a new driveway entrance to be constructed on Starlight Drive. Raising Cane’s would employ 55 full-time and part-time employees, with daily hours of operation.
