Controlled Blasting at the Center 301 Development

Controlled blasting for utility construction of the Center 301 apartment development is scheduled to begin Wednesday, June 23rd, weather permitting, and will occur 2 to 3 times a week, for approximately 3 weeks.
Center 301 is located at Towne Center Drive and Markey Parkway. This area will experience minor traffic disruptions, with occasional temporary closures, while blasting is ongoing. These roads will be reopened as soon as possible after the blasting is completed.
All federal, state and local permits, licenses and insurance have been obtained to conduct the blasting.
The Missouri Department of Public Safety, Fire Safety, Office of the State Fire Marshal is charged with oversight of all blasting operations in the State of Missouri, and they should be contacted with any questions.
