Utility Bill Payments

Online

Step 1.Before we get started...

A couple of notes on paying online:

  • Security.  Rest assured that your payment information is encrypted when submitted and securely stored by a third party. These practices are PCI DSS compliant.
  • No processing fees.  There are no processing fees when making payments for water bills.

Step 2.Payment timeline

Payments will post to your account when you make them. Review your bill payment options to decide which one works best for you. Was your water turned off for nonpayment?  We are not able to turn your water on until payment of your past due balance posts to your account.

Step 3.Payment date

Payment must be received no later than 5pm on your bill's due date in order to avoid a late charge of 10% of the outstanding balance.

Step 4.Decide your payment option

You can pay online with credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).
