Manage Your Account

All of your Water/Sewer account information and history are available right here at the City's website.  It is easy to do.  In order to have access, you will need to set up an online account.  You do not have to pay your bill online if you do not wish to do so, but you will need to set up an account to have access to your account information.  Just a few of the options that are available to you are:

  • Make a one time payment
  • Set up automatic reoccurring monthly payments (debit, credit card or checking account)
  • Track your water consumption
  • View your payment history 

How to Get Started

 It is easy to get started managing your account today.  Follow the instructions below.

Manage Your Account On Line

Register for the Customer Portal

  • Select Register Now
  • Complete the New Account Information boxes
  • Select Enroll

 

Once you have registered for the Customer Portal you can manage any of your Utility accounts from here:

Accounts

  • Select Add to add your account to the Customer Portal
  • Enter your account number including the dash
  • Select if you would like the paperless billing option (you will NOT receive a paper copy of your bill in the mail)
  • Select if you would like to receive email or SMS (text) notifications when your bill is ready
  • Select if you would like to receive Bill Summary notifications with a PDF copy or by text
  • Once your account has been established you can complete all items below by selecting from the Menu items along the side or within the Account detail

 

Pay My Bill

  • Select the Utility bill you would like to pay
  • Select continue
  • Enter the payment amount
  • Add a Payment Method to your “Wallet”
    • Select PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo or Amazon Pay or Add New to add the following payment methods:
      • eCheck
      • Debit Card
      • Credit Card
    • Complete the requested information and check the Authorization box
    • Select ADD
  • Enroll in Paperless Billing
  • Enroll in Auto Pay
  • Add Payment Methods
  • View your Payment History
  • View your Water Consumption History

 

You can always edit your Customer Portal Utility account by clicking the Edit button next to “Account Details” or selecting the Menu options along the left hand side and making any desired changes.
