The Planning Department maintains Belton's Unified Development Code to ensure the City continues to grow and evolve in a manner that builds community character and maintains a safe and healthy environment for all.

Unified Development Code

The Unified Development Code (UDC), holds all of the City's development standards that apply to all new construction. The UDC is periodically updated by the Planning Department to ensure the code stays relevant. Check this page to stay up to date on UDC changes.
