Responsibilities
The Public Safety Sales Tax Oversight Committee is a committee appointed by the Mayor with approval from the City Council. This citizen body oversight committee is responsible for reviewing the collection and expenditure of revenue from the half–cent General Sales Tax for Public Safety that was approved by the voters on November 6, 2018.
