The Belton City Council unanimously passed a resolution in opposition of any landfill located near Belton or neighboring communities on Tuesday, January 31.

The communications center is the nerve center of the police department. Communication Officers received phone calls, dispatch for the Belton police, fire, EMS and animal control along with a multitude of other duties.
