It is easy to get started managing your account today. Just follow the instructions below.
- Click on the On Line Bill Pay icon on the left side of the City's website
- Click on the Create Password Tab
- Enter Your Account ID # (which is your account number) and enter your cycle and route. (You wil find all of this information on your Water/Sewer bill or just call us at 816-331-4331 and we will be glad to get you the information)
- Click on Submit
- You will answer a series of questions and receive a confirmation email
- Click on the link inside the email
That is it! Now, anytime you want to access your account just click on the On Line Bill Pay tab, enter your account id (your account number) and the password that you created, and you can have the immediate ability to manage your account anytime day or night.
