Two questions will be presented to the voters of the City of Belton
on the November 3, 2009 ballot

Ballot Question #1

"Shall the City of Belton, Missouri, issue its sewerage system revenue bonds in an amount
not to exceed $3,500,000 for the purpose of making improvements to the City's wastewater
treatment plant, the cost of operation and maintenance of said sewerage system and the
principal of and interest on said revenue bonds to be payable solely from the revenues derived by the
City from the operation of its sewerage system, including all future extensions and
improvements thereto?"

“Should the Charter of the City of Belton be amended by repealing various sections and enacting
new sections to Article IX, Parks and Recreation Board, to read as provided in
Ordinance No. 2009-3560, to change the structure of the Parks and Recreation Board
from an administrative Board to a
Parks and Recreation Advisory Board?”
