Welcome to the City of Belton Utility Billing Division. The primary responsibility of this division is to process the water and sewer bills, maintain the customer service information database where billing information is housed, and to provide customer service for water and sewer for City residents and businesses. From this page you can find information about water and sewer service, and other pertinent information relating to these City Services. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. In order to establish service, you must come to City Hall, located at 506 Main Street, during business hours to fill out the necessary paperwork and pay your deposit. Applications for same day service need to be made prior to 3:00 p.m. The deposit is $85.00 if buying, $165.00 if renting, and $110.00 for commercial accounts. If you need to have service disconnected you may either come in or call us at 816.331.4331 during business hours.
