SUBJECT: Sign and Banner Permit Application Information
You
may wish to use our web-site to start your sign permit application
process. The site has a copy of the sign permit application, as
well as, Section 18 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding signage.

The
following items will be needed to process a sign and or banner permit
application:
1. Current
Occupation Liscense (Owner & Sign Company)
2. Completed
sign permit application (Faxed copies are accepted)
3. Picture and or Drawing of Sign/Banner with height, width, and
length dimensions.
4. Picture and or Drawing of building façade with height
and width dimensions, as well as, sign/banner placement location
on building.
5. All signs "NOT" attached to a building will need a
property map/plot plan showing the location of sign and or banner
placement.
6. Paid sign permit fees.
The following is general information regarding sign permitting:
1. Sign permit
fees: Banner sign are No-charge (permit good for twenty (20) days
only), Non-illuminated sign are $30.00 per side, and Illuminated
sign are $40.00 per side
2. All illuminated sign(s) must also comply with Electrical Code
(96'NEC).
NOTE: Once
sign permit application approval has been received, all fees have
been paid, and sign installation has been completed, please call
for a final inspection at (816) 331-4331.
