Common Duties
Manages Water, Pollution Control, Street and Engineering Divisions. Oversees and coordinates all capital improvement projects. Meets with Developers on all new construction projects, Sets and maintains budgets for all departments under public works. Serves on various boards that directly or indirectly have business with the City. Attends various board meetings, which deal with policy within the City. Deals with Planning and Zoning issues as needed or requested. Coordinates all work requests in support of other Departments within the City. Manages special projects as directed.
