1. All food and drink vendors are required to contact the Cass County Health Department prior

to Belton Community Days.

2. All vendors are required to be set-up by 3:00 p.m. Thursday. Health Department and

Fire Department doing their inspections. If vendor is not set-up by 3:00 p.m. you will not be

Allowed to open on Thursday night.

3. All vendors are required to supply their own trash containers, tables, chairs and extension

Cords (minimum of 12-3 gauge) no smaller.

4. All vendors are required to supply their own fire extinguisher, and must have a flame retarent

Booth or canopy.

5. NO ALCOHOL BEVERAGE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PARK.

6. Vendors may set-up their booth starting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Set-up on

Thursday from 9:a.m., and must be set-up no later than 3:00 p.m. as noted in rule number 2.

7. All cooking oil must be disposed of by the food vender and not placed in the trash cans,

Dumpsters or on the ground. Cooking oil must not be left for Belton Community Projects, Inc.

Or for the Belton Park Department to remove it. If there is a problem with cooking oil the

Vendor that does not follow this rule will not be allowed to participate in Community Days.

8. NO AMPLIFIER DEVICES-ELECTRONIC OR MANUAL ARE ALLOWED.

9. No merchandise, hand outs are allowed to be given out or sold outside the rented space.

Rental space size is ten feet by ten feet (10’ x 10’) if you need more space you must rent

More space. Merchandise sales, displays, games must only be displayed from the front

Of the booth, and not from the side or back.

10. For the safety of all concerned the following items are not allowed to be sold or given away

At Belton Community Days. Snap pops, whips, blowguns, crossbows, guns, throwing stars,

Stink bombs, fart spray, party string, and other items that you are asked to remove during

Belton Community Days.

Be removed. All fees will be forfeited and vendor will not
