Consideration of amendments to the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Belton to include the Future Land Use Map of the North Scott Corridor Overlay District + Guidelines; Consideration of amendments to various chapters of the Unified Development Code to adopt by reference the North Scott Corridor Overlay District + Guidelines; Text amendment to Section 36-35 (a) (3) to remove antiquated language and reflect current plat submittal standards and a text amendment to Section 36-35 (b) (10) to allow a professional land surveyor to prepare the plat without the seal of a licensed engineer to be required as well.
